If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

3 Our Services
Cambridge Talent Consultancy provides specialist medical recruitment services in two areas only:
- Consultant Physician Placement: Sourcing, assessing and placing GMC, ABMS, AMC and LMCC-registered Consultant Physicians into JCI and CBAHI-accredited hospitals across the GCC.
- Specialist Nurse Placement: Sourcing, assessing and placing NMC, AHPRA, NCLEX and CNO-registered Specialist Nurses (Band 6 equivalent and above) into GCC hospitals.
Our services include candidate assessment, credential verification, employer introductions, interview coordination, SCFHS/Dataflow guidance, and post-placement support. We act as an intermediary between candidates and employer hospitals.
4 Zero Fees to Candidates
Our service is completely free to all medical professionals. We do not charge candidates any fee, registration fee, processing fee, administration charge, training fee, documentation fee or any other payment of any nature whatsoever.
Cambridge Talent Consultancy is remunerated exclusively by employer hospitals and healthcare organisations upon the successful placement of a candidate. This fee is paid by the employer and has no bearing on the candidate's salary or terms of employment.
If any person or organisation purports to act on behalf of Cambridge Talent Consultancy and requests payment from a candidate, this should be reported to us immediately at jawad@cambridgetalentconsultancy.co.uk as this would represent fraudulent conduct.
We are committed to full transparency. Our zero-fee policy for candidates is absolute and unconditional.
5 Candidate Obligations
By registering with Cambridge Talent Consultancy as a medical professional, you confirm and agree that:
- All information you provide to us — including your qualifications, professional registrations, employment history and references — is accurate, complete, current and not misleading.
- You hold the professional registration, licence or certification stated in your profile and that such registration is currently active and in good standing.
- You have the legal right to work in the countries for which you are applying and will inform us immediately if this changes.
- You will notify us immediately of any change to your professional registration status, availability, employment status or any information that may affect your suitability for GCC placement.
- You consent to us presenting your profile to specific prospective employers, and understand that we will seek your explicit consent before each individual employer introduction.
- You will not approach or engage with any employer introduced to you by CTC outside of our agreed recruitment process during the 12-month period following your introduction to that employer.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of any information shared with you by CTC regarding employers, vacancies, salaries or other candidates.
- You will engage honestly and professionally with employers during the interview and offer process.
Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate removal from our candidate database and may constitute a criminal offence under the Fraud Act 2006.
6 Employer Obligations
Hospitals and healthcare organisations using CTC's services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about vacancies, role requirements, working conditions, compensation and the organisation.
- Treat all candidate information shared by CTC as strictly confidential and use it only for the purpose of assessing the specific vacancy for which it was provided.
- Not approach, engage or employ any candidate introduced by CTC through any means other than the agreed recruitment process during the 12 months following introduction, without paying our agreed placement fee.
- Inform CTC promptly of any change to the vacancy, role requirements or decision not to proceed.
- Conduct all interviews and selection processes in accordance with applicable employment law and without unlawful discrimination.
- Pay agreed placement fees in accordance with the specific fee agreement entered into with CTC.
- Provide candidates with accurate information about terms of employment, working conditions and compensation.
7 Fees & Payment (Employers Only)
CTC's fee structure is agreed in writing with each employer client prior to commencing any search. The following general principles apply:
- Placement fees become payable upon the candidate's confirmed start date with the employer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fees are based on the candidate's confirmed annual salary package or as otherwise specified in the written fee agreement.
- A rebate period may apply as agreed in writing — if a placed candidate leaves within the rebate period, a pro-rated credit against future placements may be offered at CTC's discretion.
- All fees are subject to UK VAT where applicable.
- Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Specific fee arrangements are set out in the individual written agreement between CTC and each employer client. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific written agreement, the specific written agreement shall prevail.
8 Confidentiality
Both CTC and all parties using our services agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Candidate personal data, professional history and registration details
- Employer vacancy details, salary budgets and organisational information
- Any proprietary information, processes or business information shared during the recruitment process
CTC will never disclose candidate information to any employer without the candidate's explicit consent. We will never disclose employer information to candidates or third parties without the employer's consent, except where required by law.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of Cambridge Talent Consultancy Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
By submitting your CV or candidate profile to us, you grant CTC a non-exclusive, limited licence to use, reproduce and present your professional information for the sole purpose of matching you with GCC hospital vacancies. This licence is revocable by you at any time by requesting withdrawal of your profile.
10 Limitation of Liability
Cambridge Talent Consultancy acts as an intermediary between candidates and employer hospitals. Accordingly:
- We make reasonable efforts to verify candidate credentials but cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information provided by candidates.
- We cannot guarantee that any candidate will be offered employment or that any vacancy will be filled.
- We are not responsible for the employment practices, working conditions or decisions of employer hospitals.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from a candidate's employment or from an employer's decision not to proceed with a placement.
- Our total liability to any party in respect of any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with the specific placement giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
