3. Our Services
CTC provides:
- Recruitment and candidate placement services for employers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
- Career management and job search support for UK-qualified professionals
- Corporate training and L&D advisory services
Our services are entirely free to candidates. We are remunerated exclusively by employers upon successful placement.
4. Candidate Obligations
By registering with CTC as a candidate, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date
- You hold the professional qualifications and registrations stated in your profile
- You have the legal right to work in the countries you are applying for
- You will notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances, availability, or credentials
- You consent to CTC presenting your profile to prospective employers on your behalf
- You will not approach employers introduced to you by CTC directly without our knowledge
5. Employer Obligations
Employers using CTC's services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete role briefs and organisation information
- Treat all candidate information as strictly confidential
- Not approach or engage candidates introduced by CTC outside of the agreed placement process
- Pay agreed fees upon successful placement as set out in the applicable fee agreement
- Comply with all applicable employment laws in the relevant jurisdiction
6. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is agreed in writing with each employer client prior to commencing a search. Fees are payable upon the candidate's confirmed start date unless otherwise agreed. All fees are subject to UK VAT where applicable.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared between CTC, candidates, and employers is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose candidate details to any employer without the candidate's explicit consent, and will not disclose employer information to third parties without the employer's consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
CTC acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We make reasonable efforts to verify candidate credentials but cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by candidates. CTC's liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant placement.
9. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website to transmit any unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or post any false or misleading information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.
