- CV, work history, qualifications, and professional registrations (GMC, NMC, QTS, HCPC etc.)
- Right to work documentation

- Availability, salary expectations, and location preferences
From Employers
- Organisation name, address, and contact details
- Hiring manager name, job title, and email address
- Role requirements, salary budgets, and hiring timelines
From Website Visitors
- IP address and browser type (via standard server logs)
- Pages visited and time spent on site
- Information submitted through contact and enquiry forms
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Candidates: To match you with suitable job opportunities, present your profile to relevant employers (with your consent), and manage the recruitment process on your behalf
- Employers: To source and present candidates for your vacancies and manage our service relationship with your organisation
- Both: To communicate regarding placements, send relevant updates, and comply with our legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

- With prospective employers — only with your explicit consent for each introduction

- Active candidates: We retain your data for up to 2 years of active engagement
- Placed candidates: Data retained for 6 years for legal compliance purposes
- Employers: Contact data retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 6 years
