1 Our Zero Fees Commitment
Cambridge Talent Consultancy charges candidates absolutely nothing. No fee at any stage โ not for registration, not for CV submission, not for interview preparation, not for SCFHS guidance, not for placement, not ever.
We are remunerated exclusively by employer hospitals upon successfully placing a candidate. This fee is paid entirely by the hospital. It does not reduce your salary, your benefits or your employment package in any way.
This is the standard model for reputable medical recruitment firms operating in the UK. Any recruiter who asks a candidate to pay a fee is acting improperly โ and potentially illegally under UK law.
If you are ever asked for payment by anyone claiming to represent Cambridge Talent Consultancy, please contact us immediately at jawad@cambridgetalentconsultancy.co.uk โ this would represent fraudulent conduct that we would report to the appropriate authorities.

- Profile Assessment: A specialist consultant reviews your profile and assesses your suitability for GCC opportunities within 48 hours.
- Opportunity Matching: We match your speciality, experience and preferences to the most relevant hospital vacancies across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
- Employer Introductions: With your explicit consent, we introduce your profile to the right hospital decision-makers.
- SCFHS Registration Guidance: We guide you through the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities (SCFHS) registration process and Dataflow primary source verification.
- Interview Preparation: We prepare you for employer interviews and provide feedback after each stage.
- Offer Negotiation: We negotiate your employment offer on your behalf to ensure fair compensation.
- Documentation Support: Guidance on visa documentation, attestation and licensing paperwork.
- Post-Arrival Support: We follow up at 30, 60 and 90 days after you arrive to ensure your integration is going well.

A specialist consultant reviews your profile and contacts you to discuss your experience and GCC goals.
We Match & Ask Your Consent
When a suitable vacancy arises, we tell you which hospital it is and ask your explicit consent before sharing anything.
Interview & Offer
We coordinate interviews, provide preparation, and manage the offer process to get you the best package.
SCFHS, Visa & Relocation
We guide you through SCFHS registration, Dataflow, visa documentation and relocation support.
Post-Arrival Support
Your consultant checks in at 30, 60 and 90 days after arrival to ensure everything is going well.
4 Your Data Rights
We take your privacy extremely seriously. In relation to your candidate profile:
- Consent Before Every Introduction: We will never share your profile with any employer without first telling you who they are and obtaining your explicit consent.
- Right to Withdraw: You can ask us to remove your profile from our database at any time by emailing jawad@cambridgetalentconsultancy.co.uk. We will action this within 5 working days.
- Right to Update: You can update your profile information at any time by contacting us.
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you at any time.
- No Data Selling: We never sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

5 Hospitals We Work With
We have a strict policy of only placing candidates with hospitals that meet the following criteria:
- JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation, or
- CBAHI (Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) accreditation, or
- An equivalent internationally recognised healthcare accreditation
We carry out due diligence on all employer hospitals before accepting them as clients. If we have any concerns about a hospital's practices, working conditions or suitability, we will not place candidates with them.
We currently work with hospitals across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
6 GCC Employment โ What to Expect
To help you make an informed decision, here is what most GCC hospital employment packages include:
- Salary: Tax-free in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. Typically significantly higher than equivalent UK/western packages.
- Accommodation: Most hospitals provide furnished accommodation or a housing allowance.
- Flights: Annual return flights to home country are standard in most contracts.
- Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance for you and typically your family.
- Annual Leave: Typically 30 days per year plus public holidays.
- End of Service Benefit: A gratuity payment at the end of your contract, calculated based on years of service.
